Take a look at some of our favorite dishes, each using unique ingredients and/or techniques that make the dishes healthful without compromising on taste or quality. We try to give you information on the health benefits of the recipe’s ingredients where possible and recommend using fresh, local, organic and non-GMO products. We’ve learned through our own dietary journeys that our bodies are better off without red meats so please excuse us for not including any beef and pork creations. About Us

Two foodistas with a creative streak, we started our culinary adventures together in NYC with its diverse street food and unique fine dining. From food hunts to using each other (and our husbands) as guinea pigs for new concoctions, we were always looking for ways to up the ante of our dishes. Along the journey, one of us was temporarily set back by a life threatening condition.
