Living through the hot summers of Saudi Arabia, my family and I loved drinking (and chewing on) this refreshing concoction. It instantly cools you down with its minty aftertaste and fruity sweetness. Of course it is totally non-alcoholic and can be made in your kitchen in a jiffy! My favorite part - scooping out the chopped fruits at the bottom! For extra mintiness...keep overnight in fridge!

Ingredients

1 litre apple juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
1 litre sparkling water
½ apple (chopped into small pieces)
½ orange (cut into small pieces)
Bunch/handful of mint leaves (roughly chopped)

Instructions

  1. Mix the apple juice and sparkling water together .
  2. Add chopped fruits and mint.
  3. Serve chilled or add ice.
