Juicing is one of my favorite things to do - especially when you have an easy juicer that doesn't take more than 5 minutes to clean. This blend gives the perfect compliment of flavors from the tartness of my favorite pink lady apples, the mildness of the carrots and slight bitterness from the grapefruit. One glass of juice keeps me full with just the right amount of nutrients I need for the day. Enjoy!
- Take each of the fruits and juice them one by one.
- Pour into a glass with ice and slurp it up fresh out of the juicer! You can use the fiber left in the juicer to make fresh muffins, it's loaded with healthy nutrients.
Drink with the froth since that has a lot of the fruits nutrients. Garnish with a mint leaf.
