Ah nothing beats the taste of a nice chilled fruit salad on a hot summer afternoon. I could eat this salad anytime but it's usually my favorite snack late in the afternoon when those pre-dinner hunger pangs kick in. It's super fresh with that minty after-taste and stays all day in the fridge if you want to devour later. The flavors of mango and orange blend in your mouth for that perfect bite. Feel free to cut out the honey/agave if your fruits are already quite sweet.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Serve cold and garnish with sprigs of mint.
