Tis the season of mangoes - finally!! Yay!! As most other Indians, I'm a mangoholic as well and love putting it into a variety of dishes and drinks like lassi and milk shakes. This vegan version, however, is lighter and doesn't leave you with that post-ingestion food coma. It's just as thick and bursting with flavor, but easier to digest. For best results, try using a good Indian mango variety like Alfonso or Dasera.
- In a blender, mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Pour in glasses with cubes of ice.
