This has been my go-to snack for a variety of reasons; first of all cottage cheese gives you that 'full' factor and is loaded with protein and hardly any carbs. Strawberries are not only a superfood but piled with anti-aging benefits and blood sugar regulation. Last but not least olives are a type of food linked to cancer prevention, prevention of allergy related inflammation issues and osteoporosis for women.


1/4 cup low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese
1/2 cup strawberries (sliced)
4-5 kalamata or Spanish olives
