Last week, we posted one of our favorite jam recipes - the Herbed Onion Jam. This recipes highlights the jam accompanied with tarty goat cheese and soft focaccia. You're going to love this combo and so will your family and guests.

Ingredients

4 large slices whole wheat focaccia
4 tablespoons Herbed Onion Jam
4 teaspoon goat cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the focaccia into 4"x4" slices.
  2. Add the Herbed Onion Jam and goat cheese on the slices of bread.
  3. Bake at 300F for 5-7 minutes until desired crispiness.
  4. Serve hot with a glass of your favorite beverage.
