I've grown up on these delicious and healthy sandwiches and they are often served in school cafeterias and movie theatres in India. Not only are they super easy to make if you have the Mint Cilantro Chutney ready beforehand, but they're also very healthy. You can choose whatever veggies you have lying around at the back of your fridge and even add a side of baby carrots to go with the crunchy texture of the sandwiches. Your kids will love it and so will you!
- Line slices of bread on trays and spread a tablespoon of Mint Cilantro Chutney on each slice.
- Lay the slices of veggies on them and close the sandwiches. Cut in half and serve fresh.
