The best part of going to a Japanese steak house is the salad if you ask me! That dressing is just perfectly seasoned and I always wanted to replicate that at home because I knew it would make me eat healthier. Try this out - it's a bunch of ingredients which you mostly have at home just blended to perfection.

Ingredients

1/2 cup onion (chopped small)
1/2 cup peanut oil
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons ginger (chopped)
2 tablespoons celery (chopped)
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons organic ketchup
1/2 teaspoon garlic (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Serve on top of fresh salad
