Banana Nut Crunch Smoothie

An energy boost, a wake-me-upper or simply a snack to sooth and fill your tummy, this delicious smoothie has all the goodness of natural sugars, calcium and essential vitamins. It's thick and velvety texture along with the crunchy nutty bits is my favorite part so I can drink and chew it at the same time! Try it with your own base of yogurt or nut-based milk and enjoy sipping away while filling your tummy the healthy way.


3 bananas
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup yogurt or 3/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup granola (or any cereal of your choice)
8 almonds (raw or soaked and peeled)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until a smooth paste forms.
  2. Serve cold as breakfast or post work-out boost.
