1 avocado (pulped removed)
1 cup almond milk (or regular milk)
2 teaspoons honey
3-5 sprigs fresh mint leaves (adjust to taste)
Ice (optional)


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 10-20 seconds until a very smooth consistency is reached. Add ice if you like the texture and blend again.
  2. Serve cold as a meal or part of a meal.
