Load up on the healthy stuff, full of antioxidants and fiber! This is the simplest way to serve veggies as a side AND you'll feel full longer with this fiber rich food. Carb count..only 3 net grams per 1 cup and only 25 calories!

Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower (cut into medium size florets)
1 tbls avocado oil
1 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste (sea salt preferred)
1/4 tsp white pepper or fresh ground black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  2. mix well and marinate for just a few minutes
  3. Spread evenly in an oven proof baking dish
  4. Cook at 375 for 35 minutes

Notes

What are net carbs? Total carbs minus fiber = net carbs

Fiber is a type of carbohydrate that does not affect our blood sugar levels.
