Auto Draft
This is my favorite refreshing home made drink for the summer. I like to eat little bits of cucumber so I cut them small enough so they can pour out into a glass. while the mint and lime stay infused in the water. The bitterness of the lime combined with the minty flavor of the leaves makes every sip perfect, plus you're getting a crispy bite of the cucumber along with it!
Ingredients
3 Persian cucumbers (chopped into slices, then into 4 pieces)
2 limes (sliced)
6-7 sprigs mint leaves
Jug of water
Ice (if needed)
Instructions
- In a jug or decanter add the cucumber pieces, mint leaves and lime pieces
- Pour in water, add ice if necessary
- Store in fridge for a more cooling refreshing taste!
Notes
I use Persian cucumbers since they are small in size and chop so easily but use whatever kind you have in the fridge.
