Looking for a fancy looking mocktail to sip on or serve to guests? I love this mix of grapefruit and pomegranate juices with the pop of the fizzy water. The juice crackles and lights up your mouth with flavor, especially with the hint of salt on the rim. Not only is it classy looking, but also great for your health. Pomegranate juice is well known to be a great for your heart and also helps fight cancers, whereas grapefruit juice is high in Vitamin C and contains a fat-burning enzyme that can help to absorb and reduce the starch and sugar in the body. So sit back, relax and sip away to your health...deliciously!

1/3 cup grapefruit juice (fresh if possible)
1/3 cup pomegranate juice (fresh if possible)
1/3 cup soda or tonic water (a.k.a. Perrier) or any carbonated water
3 tablespoons pink salt or Himalayan salt for lining rim

  1. Wet the rim of your serving glass by running a juicy rind of grapefruit around it. Then invert the glass in a plate of pink salt.
  2. Pour in the grapefruit and pom juices and top off with the fizzy water.
  3. Serve chilled with a slice of grapefruit on top as garnish!
