Many types of cheese are part of cuisines throughout the world. At P.S. It’s Healthy, we only use organic cheese that is made from the milk of grass-fed dairy cows from local farms. Provided that you keep your serving size for grass-fed cheese at 1 ounce or less, it is recommend that you consume cheese made from whole milk. Not only is whole milk the least processed form of milk (placing it in the category of a whole, natural food), it’s also the form of milk that will provide you with the most omega-3s and other key nutrients when it has been fermented and ripened into cheese.
